When I first started learning about essential oils I knew next to nothing about them. It was a bit of a struggle to keep up with the overwhelming amount of information. Not to mention the hundreds of types of essential oils we were going over every week! My classes were so intense I thought about quitting on more than one occasion. Fortunately I was able to find my footing and start understanding them on a different level. Not only did I finish my courses, but I learned a lot of really beneficial things that i still use to this day. Somewhere in the middle of the information overload, I learned to love and appreciate how amazing essential oils really are. And I want to share all of that information with you!
Because of my experience I wanted to design an easy but informative class about where essential oils come from and how they work. But I also want to help you understand and connect with them in a fun way. I feel like this class is especially important now that everyone is jumping on the essential oils bandwagon. You really need to know what you’re getting, how oils are processed and what to look out for in order to make sure you have good quality stuff.
