3 of Swords - Light Seer's Tarot

June 2023 (3 of Swords R)

It’s not as bad as it could be. But either way it’s not going to be a lot of fun. You are in a massive healing season which is going to benefit you greatly in the future. Unfortunately getting rid of the toxic physical, mental and emotional issues that have been building up is going to take some time. The detoxing you are experiencing is making you question whether or not you chose the correct path. It is painful, uncomfortable and even a little bit scary from time to time. Right now the most important thing you can do is to practice good self-care and listen to your body. It is trying to tell you what it needs. The longer you attempt to ignore it, the harder things will be. The most challenging aspect of this transformation is that you are being asked to heal yourself. The help from others, whether they are professionals or friends, will no longer be useful. Know that you have everything within yourself to push through this and overcome any obstacle that shows up in your path. When you finally make it through to the other side, you’ll be feeling better than you have in a long time.

Shadow Work Questions:

  • How am I taking care of my body and am I being mindful of what it needs to be healthy?
  • What changes are my intuition leading me to make?
  • How can I take my power back and be responsible for my healing process?

inner voice - osho zen tarot

May 2023 (Inner Voice)

You can no longer close your eyes and ignore your personal truth. No matter what kind of resistance you come across, it is imperative that you stay in alignment. You’ve been listening to everyone else’s voices for far too long. The only person that knows what is best for you is you. The weight of other people’s directions has been pulling you apart and taking your focus away from what you know you should be doing. When we become centered in this unique way, the world becomes silent. You no longer need words or rules in order to chart your course. You instinctively know which way to go by listening to your heart, and heeding the signs and signals your body is giving you. The catch is that you will be following a different path than others which will cause resistance and confusion. Being understood shouldn’t be the most important thing. Focus on staying the course and finding the trail that works best for you. Even if you have to carve it out yourself. Your example and leadership will give others the courage to break away and follow their own truth.

Shadow Work Questions:

  • What coping skills can I implement when I come across resistance from others?
  • How can forging my own path be exciting instead of overwhelming?
  • What is it that I truly want and need?

2 of Wands R - Light Seer's Tarot

April 2023 (2 of Wands R)

Your journey isn’t over, it’s simply on pause for the moment. What’s happening is giving you a break to reevaluate your current path. Where you thought you were going, is not the direction you’re heading at all. Although after some recent events, this redirection is probably not too much of a surprise. Many things in your life have changed and your attitude towards the future may seem bleaker than usual because of it. You’re going through a major rebirth process that is asking you to leave many things behind that you never thought you would let go of. Including beliefs, ideas, ways to support yourself, hobbies or maybe even the way you dress. Everything is doing a complete 180 right now. So, it makes sense that your forward trajectory also needs to be reevaluated in more detail. Spend some time adjusting your plan to fit who you are becoming. If you’re not sure where to start, the best place is to get more curious about who you are and what you need.

Shadow Work Questions:

  • What are some things about myself that have recently changed and how can I come to a place of acceptance about that?
  • What ideas are plans do I want to throw out because they just don’t resonate with me anymore?
  • What does curiosity mean to me and how can I apply this concept to finding a future path?

clinging to the past - osho zen tarot

March 2023 (Clinging to the Past)

The weight of your personal history has dragged you down so far that the only way out is through. You’re being asked to address some deep, painful, frightening and elusive issues from your past. In doing so you will release things that have been holding you back for far too long. It will also allow your body to heal from trauma that has previously been unable to let go of. Don’t be afraid of painful memories or situations that float to the forefront of your mind. Your body is showing you things that are bothering it, in an attempt to guide you in your healing journey. This process will most likely be unpleasant. As most true healings are. You have the strength to endure the challenges you will face. The freedom that comes from the sweet relief will be better than you ever hoped it could be. Now it’s not the time to give up on yourself. You’re worth fighting for. Everything you want is on the other side of the journey you are about to take.

Shadow Work Questions:

  • What parts of my past am I afraid of stepping into?
  • What positive changes could come out of this healing journey?
  • How can I put a support system in place when I need someone to lean on?
