The Sun Overview

The Sun is a card of pure happiness. The child on his horse could not be happier than he is – riding naked on his steed in the beautiful warm sunshine. His white horse shows us the purity of the energy that comes from this card. The child himself reminds us of the inner joy we often forget to feel, as well as the bliss we experience when we are in tune with the inner wants and needs of our spirit. After the dark night of the moon, this energy is a welcome change as the journey through the Major Arcana continues. Should this card come up reversed in a reading, confusion and a lack of clarity are present.
